Frequently asked questions
What if each customer sends a different PDF layout?
We design for the usual template and use a human queue when the format is not recognised. No blind order creation.
Do we have to change ERP?
Not necessarily. The goal is for orders to land in what you already use.
Does warehouse need a new app?
Only if it adds value. Often a clear alert and the ERP or tablet they already have is enough.
What about exceptions (urgent, incomplete, special customer)?
They go to a person. Repetitive work runs alone; exceptions arrive with the order and the reason.
Let us talk about your processes, not technology.
In the diagnostic we review 2 or 3 processes with you and tell you, with numbers, which one to automate first.
