  • Onboarding is a list of emails and access rights people forget.
  • Leave is managed over WhatsApp and Excel.
  • The same policy questions hit the same people every week.
  • CVs are screened manually and good profiles slip through.

Frequently asked questions

Does AI decide who we hire?

No. It may suggest a first filter. Hiring, rejecting, or inviting candidates is a person on your team.

Can the internal assistant see payroll and sensitive data?

Only what the role allows. Policies and procedures, yes. Data that profile should not see, no.

Does it work if we do not have HR software yet?

Yes. Many processes start in email, spreadsheets, and a document manager. We connect what you already use.

What about the collective agreement and internal policies?

The assistant answers by citing your documents. If there is no clear answer, it escalates to HR.

Let us talk about your processes, not technology.

In the diagnostic we review 2 or 3 processes with you and tell you, with numbers, which one to automate first.
